COST
Self Storage Hartlepool may send an invoice, payment request or reminder before or after a Due Date. The Storer must pay the first week / month storage fee upon the day of move in.
The Storer is responsible for paying:
a) The storage fee in advance on the first day of each storage period. It is the Storer’s responsibility to ensure payments are made on time.
b) Cleaning / removal fees charged within a reasonable cost where the customer leaves the unit dirty, damaged or containing rubbish, not accessible immediately for another customer.
c) Late payment fees of 10% of the storage charge or £15 (whichever is greater) will be incurred for each 7 day period as the storage charge remains outstanding unless agreed otherwise.
d) Additional charges, such as reasonable costs of gaining access, replacing a lock or replacing lost keys, up to £50.
e) Any costs incurred for collecting unpaid fees or enforcing this agreement, including debt collection and legal fees.
f) All applicable taxes.

b) Enter and inspect or relocate the Goods and charge for any associated costs.
c) Apply the late fees and / or admin fees against the debt.
d) Self Storage Hartlepool will not sell or dispose of Goods solely because a payment has been outstanding for 14 days.

The notice will be sent using the most recent postal address, email address and/or other contact details supplied by the Storer.
